Hospitalidade sanitária? Reflexões sobre uma nova perspectiva para o turismo

Este trabalho nasce de uma reflexão sobre o estado pandêmico global. Desde a declaração da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), em março de 2020, que classificou a Covid-19 como pandemia, as relações de mobilidade física diminuíram drasticamente afetando grande parte da economia, principalmente no que tange às viagens, ao turismo e ao lazer. Aos poucos houve a retomada de setores da economia com a implementação de Intervenções Não Farmacêuticas, como a criação de protocolos e medidas sanitárias. Este artigo tem como objetivo principal trazer uma reflexão sobre novas formas de manifestação da hospitalidade em meios de hospedagem que denominaremos “sanitária”. Ademais, é um texto qualitativo que procura desenvolver esse novo conceito para melhor fundamentar as pesquisas e planejamento do turismo na fase pós-pandêmica, que deverá durar anos, pois precisa-se se preparar para novas e prováveis pandemias. Além do esforço teórico, este escrito contém uma parte descritiva dos protocolos desenvolvidos para as redes hoteleiras Accor/ All e Marriott. Entre os materiais utilizados estão: bibliografia sobre hospitalidade, Covid-19 e turismo; consulta a portais eletrônicos institucionais e podcasts.
